Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligning with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap based on customer needs and market dynamics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize product initiatives.
Optimize the solution portfolio mix through data-driven decisions.
Assess product performance, market fit, and competitive landscape regularly.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
Develop strategies for product launch, growth, maturity, and decline phases.
Foster a deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement and feedback loops.
Integrate customer voice into product planning and development.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Oversee the development of products integrating hardware and software components.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment.
Manage expectations and balance competing priorities across stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully leading product management teams and delivering impactful products, including both hardware and software.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passionate about creating customer value and delivering impactful products.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in supply chain/logistics or familiarity with warehouse automation solutions.
