Responsibilities

Investigate medical records, claims documents, and adjudicate medical claims for the Government Programs team

Determine the facts of customer incidents and analyze within policy parameters for timely payments

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company benefit products and policy parameters

Complete research on various issues and respond to inquiries independently

Communicate with claimants and vendors to obtain necessary information for investigations

Process duplicate payments, overpayments, and payments made in error

Ensure claims are not fraudulent
