Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging and effective training materials primarily in video formats.
Create supplementary training artifacts, including guides, manuals, visual aids, and FAQs.
Develop training materials that explain the migration process from the legacy system to the new system.
Highlight functional changes between the systems, ensuring users understand the differences and new functionalities.
Use visual aids to support understanding of complex concepts.
Lead the training development process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Work closely with product subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather necessary information and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and customer support.
Utilize your background in LMS development to structure and deliver training content effectively.
Ensure training materials are easily accessible and trackable within the LMS.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and software training.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design, with a focus on video training materials.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and software product training.
Experience leading training development for migration programs from legacy systems to new systems.
Proficiency in creating visual aids and supplementary training artifacts.
Background in Learning Management System (LMS) development and management.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead training development projects from inception to completion.
Preferred
Experience in the tech industry or software product training.
Certification in instructional design or a related field.
Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
