Responsibilities
Process member data accurately from receipt to entrance into the QualityAdvisor data warehouse.
Communicate with members via email and phone to address data, processing, or reporting issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve data integrity or application issues.
Support clients by responding to issues and questions, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Possibly travel to hospitals for installations, kickoffs, or training classes.

Required
2 or more years of applicable work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience utilizing analytical and technical abilities
Data Processing
Practical hospital or healthcare related experience
Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Operate computer programs and software
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)
Making independent decisions
Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
