Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex network and server issues

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to complete projects

Maintain, support, and administer servers, LAN/WAN; implement network hardware solutions

Identify and resolve connectivity problems between systems

Install, configure, manage, upgrade, and modify network switches, routers, firewalls, and related infrastructure technologies

Support the installation, configuration, management, upgrade, and modification of servers including virtual servers and Windows operating systems

Create and maintain documentation for network and hardware topologies

Work with client IT personnel to implement remote connections and setup applications

Provide hardware and software support to IT personnel, customers, and offices

Configure and install hardware and software, develop and maintain documentation, manage equipment inventory

Work with vendors to obtain quotes and purchase IT-related hardware, software, support, and services within budget

Create documentation materials, assist other IT personnel, work on special projects as assigned

Required

1-5 year’s Infrastructure experience

Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

Computer Hardware experience

Good Project management skills

Strong Problem-Solving skills

Excellent analytical skills

The ability to independently make decisions

High school diploma required, Associate degree in computer science preferred; or equivalent work experience
