Responsibilities

Keep awareness of the IP calendar and perform all tasks needed for direct ship orders.

Analyze, convert, purchase, ship, deliver, and invoice direct ship orders.

Coordinate actions for on-time delivery and maintain data integrity in systems.

Be an expert on the Direct ship program and enforce program guidelines.

Collaborate with various departments and report regularly on account status.

Proactively identify disruptions, create clear reporting, and adapt to changes.

Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred

1-3 years of work experience in planning and/or data analysis

Supply planning or Supply chain knowledge a plus

Wholesale, DTC and/or retail experience a plus
