Responsibilities

Stay safe and ensure safety standards are met at all times.

Collaborate with Engineers, Operations, and Maintenance to develop project concepts and resolve issues.

Apply engineering principles for data-driven decision-making.

Evaluate and enhance manufacturing systems and electro-mechanical machinery reliability.

Improve plant support systems such as compressed air and thermal fluids.

Manage capital projects and maintenance work-orders efficiently by following project management practices.

Generate business by fostering relationships with key plant personnel and discussing potential projects.

Required

Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

At least 5 years of relevant, professional experience.

Proficient knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting Software and Microsoft Office.

Apply engineering principles to resolve recurring process issues.

Travel to implement all aspects of project development and execution, 25 to 30% travel requirement.

Preferred

Experience in roofing manufacturing or web process handling.

HMI, PLC, and PID controls loop understanding.
