Responsibilities

Process cancellations in F&I systems and prepare for payment

Respond to phone and email inquires on payment status, cancellation quotes and customer inquires

Process GAP claims - including but not limited to; collecting data from contract holder, communicating with customers, lien holders, dealerships and insurance companies on the status and follow up on claims filed

Work with underwriting for final review of GAP claims and notifying customers of status

Back up other administrative staff as needed
