Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to predict future performance.
Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Develop financial analysis tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred
Experience with financial analysis software (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce) is a plus.
