Perform failure analysis of product defects
Drive defect resolution with product owners
Drive future product improvements
Perform onsite customer investigation as needed
Provide mentorship to junior engineers

Required
5+ years of Quality or Customer Service Management experience
5+ years of Analog and digital circuit debug knowledge
5+ years of PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with debug equipment like oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, multi-meter, etc.
Experience with material analysis equipment like X-ray, SEM, FITR Spectrometer, etc.
Bilingual English / Chinese or French or German
Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work some evening hours as needed
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively autonomously
