Responsibilities

Defining the product vision and strategy.

Planning and designing product features and specifications.

Identifying customers needs creating product roadmaps.

Translating business strategy into product strategy and roadmap.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Communicating and coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

Monitoring and analyzing product performance.

Conducting and or overseeing research to gain a deep understanding of the customer end user’s needs.

Gathering and managing ideas coming from different sources ( internal stakeholders, business leaders, and customers end users).

Developing a product strategy which directly relates to the business strategy.

Defining and writing product specifications.

Define acceptance criteria for the product features.

Understand Product lifecycle process and define procedures to meet the process requirements.

Allocating resources and running design sprints.

Driving action throughout the organization to get products to market.

Evaluating product performance and launching product improvements.
