Responsibilities
Stay safe. Take responsibility for safety and report any unsafe conditions.
Collaborate with Engineers, Operations, and Maintenance to develop project concepts and ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
Apply engineering principles for data-driven decision-making and improving manufacturing systems.
Manage capital projects and maintenance work-orders by defining scope, design, budget, plan, resources, execution, communication, justification, and documentation.
Generate business by maintaining relationships with key plant personnel and discussing potential projects.

Required
Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
At least 5 years of relevant, professional experience.
Proficient knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting Software and Microsoft Office.
Apply engineering principles to resolve recurring process issues.
Travel to implement all aspects of project development and execution, 25 to 30% travel requirement.
Preferred
Experience in roofing manufacturing or web process handling.
HMI, PLC, and PID controls loop understanding.
Ability to effectively present and communicate work to maintenance/operations personnel, peers, plant management. Ability to build and maintain relationships with those that we interact with at the facilities.
