Responsibilities
Quote, present, and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Manage the renewal process for existing clients.
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs.
Resolve client inquiries and concerns.
Expand business reach through networking and marketing various lead generation channels.
Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
Track and identify areas of improvements.
Normal work week will be based on the Central time zone.

Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (any state)
Preferred
License: Property & Casualty (IL)
Areas of Expertise: Audits, Certificate Issuance for Contractors, Construction / Contractors, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, Directors & Officers, Contractors – General, Quoting & Rating, Workers’ Compensation, Casualty / General Liability
Management & Rating Systems: EPIC, CSR24, Applied Rater, Carrier Rating Systems
Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Outlook, MS Teams
Languages: English preferred / Spanish – a plus
