Responsibilities

Collaborating with marketing, engineering, and product teams to shape requirements for features based on empirical data, proven UCD principles, market research, and usability findings.

Creating process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to demonstrate detailed interaction behaviors.

Actively participating in usability testing to assess and optimize new and existing features.

Presenting design work for review and feedback to the design and product teams, as well as to executive leadership.

Contributing consistently to user interface design and development best practices and standards.

Required

A robust online portfolio showcasing past work experience and relevant, user-centric design solutions.

Proficiency in industry-leading design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Proto.io, and similar tools.

3 + years of experience working with defined Design Systems at the enterprise level.

Excellent presentation, collaboration, and analytical skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex interaction design concepts to different audiences.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, enthusiastic team player with a knack for working with highly technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

A minimum of a BA degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
