Responsibilities
Provide top-level global support for all Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Defender, Exchange
Manage corporate identity provisioning and offboarding using Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra
Support Azure cloud operations including RBAC, PIM, MFA, conditional access policies
Collaborate with business partners and other areas of IT to drive innovation and support company growth objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in collaboration technology
Occasionally provide after-hours support for major outages/security issues and pre-planned changes

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (or related field)
3+ years minimum of related experience
Security +
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Microsoft DevOps Engineer
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and CMMC Registered Practitioner Preferred
Preferred
Microsoft 365 System Administration/Security experience preferred (e.g., Entra ID, Intune, M365 Defender, Purview, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Azure System Administration experience preferred
Windows System Administration experience preferred
Experience briefing results of technical reviews/reports to non-technical customers
Experience conducting system security/compliance monitoring per provided standard operating procedures (SOP)
Preferred – Python or other scripting language experience
Nix systems administration experience
Experience with ITIL Change Management Framework
Experience with DoD Risk management Framework (RMF)
Experience with DoD Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures
Demonstrated understanding of CMMC and NIST SP 800-171
Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing root cause of issues in Microsoft environments
Other cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP) system admin/security experience (IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS)
Experience Administering network firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, SonicWall, Juniper SRX, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.)
Experience securing information systems/networks to a standard set of security controls (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, RMF, CIS, ISO 27001, etc.)
