Responsibilities
Partner with field operations and hospital leaders to understand business objectives and implement marketing programs to meet objectives
Support hospital revenue growth through the planning and completion of local, community marketing outreach activities and events that engage existing and potential new clients
Research local hospital markets including competitors, local market data, local pet owner resources and activities, and local community engagement opportunities
Develop hospital level marketing plans based on an established strategy
Build and maintain relationships with hospital leaders, provide marketing guidance and collaborate to meet objectives
Contribute to the generation of ideas that drive results
Supports local hospital social media posting and engagement
Develop and coordinate the development of materials in support of field marketing and in-hospital marketing activities
Monitor, analyze, and report on local marketing efforts with a focus on community engagement in support of driving client visits
Collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver upon key initiatives and ensure marketing efforts meet standards
Proactively identifies new opportunities and provides recommendations in pursuit of driving client visits
Manage field marketing budgets for assigned hospitals, including monitoring spend against plan
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
2+ years of Field Marketing Experience, ideally in a community-based marketing role
Proven track-record of being resourceful and managing projects
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate efforts of internal and external resources.
Working knowledge of video production, storytelling, camera work and video editing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Email Marketing and Social Media Platforms
Organized with attention to detail.
