Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure operations, or a related field. Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), runtime engineering, and application support is highly desirable.

Proficiency in a range of technologies including Java, Python, Linux, Cloud platforms, DB2/Oracle, REST APIs, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch (ELK stack), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and containerization technologies, with a focus on supporting critical business applications as a bonus.

Familiarity with monitoring, logging tools, and incident management best practices to ensure application reliability and performance in production environments.

Practical experience in implementing system integration solutions such as APIs and data integration layers (both batch and real-time).

Experience in designing and developing highly available enterprise applications, with expertise in Java application performance tuning.

Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools, particularly GIT, Maven, and Jenkins.

Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to product managers and business partners in a clear and understandable manner.

Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases like DB2, Redis, Postgres, Couchbase, etc.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment.

Solid programming and scripting capabilities, adept at automating operational tasks using tools such as Python and Ansible.

Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, focused on identifying and resolving runtime issues promptly.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently in cross-functional team settings.
