Responsibilities

Conduct proactive and preventative maintenance on facility vital systems equipment.
Proficiently execute electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Repair and maintain plumbing equipment.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on building equipment.
Maintain knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation protocols.
Assume leadership responsibilities during inclement weather.
Operate snow removal equipment.
Maintain communication with supervisors regarding HVAC servicing requirements.
Dismantle and install workstation panels for space reconfiguration.
Perform painting tasks to uphold the appearance of walls and doors.
Facilitate cleaning and maintenance of lunchroom and pantry appliances.
Execute emergency janitorial duties and maintain restroom supplies inventory.
Assist with arranging auditoriums and conference rooms.
Manage the receipt and delivery of supplies, equipment, and materials.
Assist with relocating furnishings and items for staff relocations.
Run generators and conduct monthly electrical readings.
Assist exterminators and plant maintenance personnel.
Utilize Paylocity to input data on tasks performed.
Perform other assigned duties.

Required

High School Diploma required
Must possess a certification in a building trade
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a fully insured car
Drug testing
Criminal history clearance
Strong computer skills
