Responsibilities
Research new design ideas, textiles, and seasonal concepts for various collections.
Create CADs, design boards, and tech-packs for each collection and capsule.
Collaborate with Senior Designer and Creative Director on collection concepts and seasonal line plans.
Manage fittings, update tech packs, and communicate artwork needs to the Art Department.
Liaise between different departments to achieve printer-ready artworks and other application techniques.
Source new textiles, yarns, trims, and vendors with the Product Development team.
Review lab dips, trim, and artwork submits, and correspond with cross-departmental teams for buy-in.
Create prototypes and track samples through to SMS and Pre-Production hand-off.

Required
5+ years in an associate designer position
Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, hand-sketching
Knowledge of technical design and pattern-making
Knowledge of knitwear (fully fashion and cut and sew) required
