Responsibilities

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop new RV products. Leverage consumer & market research, profitability analysis, and customer feedback.

Innovation: Drive product innovation by identifying essential features, setting compelling system goals, and ensuring superior product experiences.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor trends, and industry insights, providing valuable input for product strategy.

Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering to evaluate product trade-offs, ensuring optimal functionality while maximizing resource efficiency.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation of product documents, including roadmaps, development plans, and requirements specifications.

Support Sales and Marketing: Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support Sales and Marketing teams, contributing to successful product launches and market penetration.

Customer Support: Collaborate with Product Support and Field Service Engineers to facilitate product training and ensure seamless customer support.

Industry Engagement: Attend industry events and tradeshows to stay updated on market trends and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, engineering, product marketing, or analytical roles. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in RV, auto, power sports, or other outdoor-related industries.

Proven track record of active participation in the EV, RV, or outdoor markets, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics.

Exceptional quick learner with strong research and analytical capabilities. Data-driven with a strong business sense, and keen market and consumer insight.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Highly proficient in global, cross-functional written communication.

Proven track record of excellent collaboration, work ethics, and discipline working in a remote team on global hours. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering innovative solutions in a timely manner.

Flexibility to travel globally 2-4 times per year (up to 10%).

Bilingual in Chinese and English with advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a MUST.
