Responsibilities

Provide full spectrum of program and project management for initial planning, to execution and close out.

Plan activities to define milestones and reserve resources.

Coordinate with multiple vendors/services providers.

Coordinate project activities, resource scheduling, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Plan, organize, and control the overall activities of the project.

Responsible for near-term and long-range planning and cost/schedule control, contract management, TO planning, response, and award acceptance.

Confer with management on strategic issues and maximize efficiency in achieving cost, schedule, and technical quality parameters.

Coordinate staff activities, adherence to program timelines, reporting and communications.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience.

Advanced knowledge of Project/Program Management.

Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level clearance.

Work history of vendor management for highly complex projects.

Demonstrated abilities/experience setting strategy/future vision at a Program level.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and drive issues to resolution.

Preferred

Proven track record of success in driving change and leading process improvement efforts and excels in identifying new areas of opportunity.

Demonstrated excellence in client relationships and organizational communication.

Federal government experience.

Respected and trusted leader with a reputation of achievement.

Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

PMP and six sigma certification.
