Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Operations to define and execute operational goals.
Lead and mentor project managers, manage construction process, and serve as primary client contact.
Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitor costs, and negotiate claims/disputes.
Possess in-depth technical knowledge and propose value engineering solutions.
Contribute to securing new work through estimating and market understanding.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in general construction with best-in-class GC firms.
Superior knowledge of building envelope technology, roofing, and waterproofing; building infrastructure such as piping systems and electrical systems; concrete foundations, structures and concrete repair.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects at once.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial skills, including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple sources to drive decisions. Extensive knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and accurate and decisive cost reporting, billing and forecasting.
Self-directed and results-oriented; able to handle multiple priorities/projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in construction management software and tools.
