Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Create, edit, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and manage travel itineraries.
Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
Prepare and submit expense reports and track budget-related information.
Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives.
Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism.
