Responsibilities
Work with multiple vendors, division staff, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical support/guidance.
Research and analyze complex healthcare data to evaluate, define, design, and implement technical solutions based on Federal and State Medicaid requirements.
Design and develop interfaces across Medicaid internal and external systems.
Create and deliver reports and metrics using SAS Business Intelligence tools.
Work with SQL queries to analyze data and create ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
Validate input files and formats, architect output datasets, and ensure data quality.
Experience working with Single Sign-On applications and State agency systems for login.

Excellent written and oral communication and ability to facilitate small to large meetings
Managing and Working with Multiple Vendors
Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows
Experience developing SQL queries
Ability to communicate effectively and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
5 years of Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
5 years of Project Management Experience
5 years of Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing - Claims, Provider, Eligibility, Members
Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions
5 years of Demonstrated proficiency working with databases - Oracle (11), MS SQL Server etc. DB2
Experience developing SQL queries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences
Preferred
Working knowledge of Medicaid and/or MMIS
SAS programming knowledge in SAS tools (Base SAS 9.4, SAS Macro, SAS BI Suite, Data Integration studio, Enterprise guide, etc.)
Hands-on experience in different file transfer methodologies and different file types and layouts such as csv, txt, XML, etc.
Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions
Knowledge of Agile Methodology
