Collaborates with the Project Manager across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Contributes to best practice for Salesforce development for the team.

Required
Experienced Developer of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot
Knowledgeable of the wider Salesforce portfolio of products and ecosystem
Experienced at integrating Salesforce systems into an existing application landscape
Understanding of good development practices
Experienced at working with business stakeholders to understand the requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions
Demonstrable experience solving technical problems with an inquisitive nature
Able to work well with non-technical colleagues and adapt style to understand the issue and recommend the right solution
