Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing quality methods and processes to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in collaboration with the team, focusing on Aerospace or Automotive markets.
Understand and implement market and customer quality requirements within the team, and support other teams when necessary.
Supervise a team of 8-10 Quality Technicians and Screeners, coaching and mentoring them to meet quality standards.
Develop inspection processes to ensure compliance with customer drawings and specifications.
Participate in the site's WCM Pillar Team for Quality and Process Control, supporting quality-related WCM projects.
Collaborate with other teams to successfully implement quality methods and processes, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Required
Bachelor Degree: Technical Degree
Master’s Degree: Technical Degree in an engineering discipline or quality
4+ years’ Experience: In a quality function in a manufacturing environment
Practical/Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of AS-9100 IATF-16949, APQP, PPAP
Understanding of modern quality inspection equipment and tools
Expertise in problem solving methodologies and continuous improvement techniques
Must have initiative, strong organizational and decision-making skills, and a high degree of customer orientation
Preferred
3+ years’ Experience: Aerospace or Automotive-related Manufacturing Environment
3+ years’ Experience: Leadership Experience (non-exempt stakeholders)
Expertise in Industrial 4.0 areas such a vision systems, automated inspection, and data analysis
Experience in supervision of quality personnel
Licenses and Certifications: Six-Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Green Belt Certification
ASQ CQE or CQT or CQA
