Responsibilities
Supervise residential staff under the general direction of the Program Manager
Participate in hiring, conducting performance evaluations, and providing resources and support to staff
Perform front desk and receptionist duties
Maintain office equipment, order supplies, and coordinate services
Establish relationships with attendees, maintain schedules, and track client data
Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers
Maintain accurate records for program reporting
Provide leadership to the program staff, conduct meetings, and ensure program compliance
Handle crisis situations, coordinate checks/repairs, and monitor program progress
Work closely with departments within the agency and provide reports as required
Maintain confidentiality, multi-task efficiently, and work independently and professionally

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, or other mental health/community health degree
1+ years of work experience in a social services or nonprofit setting required
Experience working with veterans preferred
Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized and demonstrate attention to detail
Experience writing accurate and comprehensive case notes
Demonstrated experience managing multiple deadlines and working effectively under pressure, using independent judgment to produce quality work under time constraints
Demonstrated experience working with a collaborative team
Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to communicate effectively among a diverse workforce population and maintain sound working relations with all levels within the organization
Work with spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation and a sense of urgency
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality over all matters in the course of business operations including client and employee information
Ability to multi-task in an efficient, thorough, and prioritized manner
Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize work and solve problems
