Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day problem-solving support to production operations.

Analyze data to understand process capability and monitor process trends for manufacturing excellence.

Identify process improvement and cost reduction projects based on analysis of process data.

Prepare cost justifications and capital requests for new equipment purchases.

Interface with operators, team leaders, and peers to implement process improvements.

Oversee bringing new equipment into production, including financial justification, design, and purchasing.

Develop maintenance and operator training documentation, conduct equipment qualification, and training of production personnel.

Support the transfer of new technology from development to production.

Ensure completion of production and maintenance documentation such as MI's, SOP's, PM's, and calibration.
