Responsibilities

Follow structured and well-documented coding techniques.

Extract, transform, and load data for reports and analytics solutions.

Utilize coding skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Qlik, Dax) for data management, transformation, and analysis.

Successfully execute recurring reporting tasks, including building, automating, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Build and modify technical data analytic solutions to meet project requirements, including design, coding, testing, and implementation.

Create and maintain automated data assets and deliverables for reports and analytics.

Analyze data effectively and collaborate with business clients to maintain report viability.

Work closely with various levels of leadership.

Be available outside of standard work hours when required.

Required

A self-starter with a natural curiosity to explore data, ask insightful questions, and stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in data analysis.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Preferred

Master's degree (completed or in progress) in relevant field.

Technical certifications in relevant skill sets desired.

Nice to have - Experience or familiarity with the life/health insurance industry.

Nice to have - Understanding of supporting an operations environment and effectively applying that knowledge through collaboration with peers, leadership, and business partners.
