Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for implementing flows, customizations, configurations, email templates, and Lightning pages, layouts, and apps in Service Cloud.
Develop custom Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and build secure system integrations following industry best practices.
Execute Salesforce Lightning migrations with a high level of quality and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce User Security protocols and options.
Act as an individual contributor, managing tasks independently and ensuring timely project delivery.

Required
Salesforce Service Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is essential.
Latest Salesforce Features: Proficiency with the latest Salesforce features to support a clicks-before-code solution (preferably adopting a no-code or low-code approach first).
Lightning Knowledge and API: Experience with Lightning Knowledge and API integration.
Salesforce Developer: Recent experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Validation rules.
Permissions and Sharing Settings: Expertise in configuring Permissions and Sharing settings.
Project Management Tools: Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Data Security: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data security model.
Migration Experience: Experience migrating Visualforce pages to Lightning Web Components.
Apex Trigger Coding: Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Apex Trigger coding.
Dynamic Forms and Quick Actions: Experience configuring Lightning pages using dynamic forms and quick actions.
Preferred
API Development: Experience developing outbound and inbound API using Apex or Flows.
Secure Integrations: Experience setting up mutual authentication and 2-way SSL-based integrations.
Technical Inputs: Ability to groom user stories with technical inputs.
Code Reviews and Merges: Perform code reviews and merges.
Deployment Strategies: Understanding of Git branching strategy and Jenkins pipeline for deployments.
