Responsibilities

Lead a team of Team Leads, Senior Quality Coordinator and Quality Coordinators, including hiring, onboarding, development, and team building

Quantify and improve quality across various Care work streams

Oversee deep dives into Quality, identify root causes of issues, and develop sustainable solutions

Attend regular Calibration across all locations with relevant stakeholders

Execute flawless management of projects with attention to detail and deadlines

Identify waste and duplication in processes, driving change for efficiency

Delegate and manage employees' workload, adjusting to new assignments and priorities

Create an engaged team environment, promoting high performance levels and good judgment

Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities and manage departmental processes

Provide business reviews to the leadership team, aligning on proposed actions

Maintain a culture in line with Grubhub values
