Responsibilities
Assisting in the creation, management, and maintenance of project accounting, including revenue recognition, and analysis of financial results.
Performing detailed reporting and analyses of financial data crucial to Program success.
Assisting in forecasting, budget preparation, and variance tracking, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting management.
Providing timely and accurate financial analytical support for scheduled and ad hoc requests.
Managing customer billing and accounts receivable support.
Conducting periodic project status reviews by analyzing actual progress and reported activity completion against the project schedule.
Documenting project progress, changes, forecasting cost and schedule impacts, and communicating updates to team members.
Preparing summary and detail level reports for project monitoring and issue identification.
Identifying critical path schedule activities and milestones.
Performing schedule and activity optimization, cost, quantity, and labor resource loading, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
Developing baseline documentation and tracking key performance indicators and milestones.
Performing baseline change control and management, preparing schedule outputs and reports.
Interfacing with Project Controls Specialists and Project Managers for large-scale project management.
Serving as a liaison between the Guam Regional Manager and the onsite project team.

Required
Bachelor's degree in technical or financial/business related field
Minimum of three (3+) years Commercial and/or Government construction project experience
Experience with Department of Defense, NAVFAC or United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction projects
Advanced level expertise with P6 (Primavera) and MS Office Products, especially MS Project and Excel
Advanced Accounting experience required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screen
Must be able to acquire base access (if applicable)
Strong background in Project Scheduling using P6 (Primavera)
Experience with WBS and Earned Value Management System
Preferred
Master's degree, preferred
PMP/ or related Project Controls certifications desired
Experience in Unanet financial systems preferred
Experience with DoD, DoE, NAVFAC, or USACE construction projects
