Responsibilities
Generative AI Development:
Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using advanced techniques such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and other generative algorithms.
Apply generative AI to create synthetic data, enhance data augmentation, and generate creative content.
Data Science and Machine Learning:
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models.
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Research and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative models.
Conduct research to explore new techniques and methodologies in generative AI.
Propose and lead innovative projects that leverage generative AI to drive business value.
Model Deployment and Monitoring:
Deploy AI models into production environments and ensure their scalability and reliability.
Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Implement best practices for model governance, including version control and documentation.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance to the team.
Lead AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
Proven experience with generative AI techniques and models.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Deep understanding of generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and other related techniques.
Experience with data processing, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
