Responsibilities
Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients.
Complete administrative tasks such as co-pay collection, answering phones, and scheduling clients.
Maintain schedules and provide administrative support for clinicians and other assigned projects.
Assist clients with scheduling needs.
Manage phone call triage, problem-solving, and follow-up.
Offer general support to staff members as needed (e.g., faxing, distributing mail, making copies).
Coordinate provider schedule support by blocking off PTO time, adding meetings, and making schedule changes.
Maintain program and staff schedules, ensuring accuracy through daily checks and resolving conflicts or issues.

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years’ experience in healthcare industry or administrative setting strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office programs with ability to learn new applications
Active driver license and ability to drive personal and/or company vehicle
