Responsibilities

Understand and translate business priorities integrating HR value proposition and strategies.

Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.

Effectively communicate across teams and stakeholders to influence solutions.

Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with HR partners.

Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform.

Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies and troubleshoot system issues.

Lead a team to support the Workday Recruiting module.

Align with product owners on priorities and deliver key objectives using Agile methodologies.

Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews.

Required

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

At least 6 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions

At least 3 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP

At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
