Responsibilities
Coordinate facilities improvements in an automotive plant.
Maintain layouts, drawings, and organize plant improvement projects.
Follow all Heath, Safety, and Environmental rules.
Update plant layouts and create detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
Manage implementation of plant/facilities improvement projects including managing vendors and contractors.
Utilize MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
Identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Required
Associates degree in Mechanical and or electrical design 10+ years’ experience.
Automotive plant experience working in and around automation.
Excellent AutoCAD skills with ability to update plant layouts and create detailed drawings. 3D experience is a plus.
Familiar with Automotive standards, plant layouts, mechanical and electrical drawings.
Experience taking ideas and turning them into SOWs, designs, layouts, BOMs, etc…
Experience managing implementation of plant/facilities improvement projects including managing vendors and contractors.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with discipline to complete what is promised on time.
Must be self-starter and able to problem solve and identify issues and solutions.
