Responsibilities

Create engaging learning experiences to drive learner engagement and improve operational effectiveness.
Apply industry-standard instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
Design and develop various learning materials such as ILT, OJT, eLearning modules, audio clips, videos, animations, simulations, role play, and gamification.
Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and reviewers to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work products.
Support the translation of content and develop assessment instruments.

Required

BS/BA degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing learning programs for pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device companies or other highly regulated manufacturing company (GxP as an example)
Experience using instructional design tools to create eLearning content (e.g. Articulate 360, RISE, Storyline, etc.)
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard learning programs
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GxP)
Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it
Must be able to effectively work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred

Advanced degree or experience in instructional design techniques and adult learning principles highly desired
Instructional Design Certification is desirable but not necessary
