Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Release Plans: Work closely with stakeholders to build a multi-generational product roadmap.

Team Building & Development: Lead agile teams to ensure successful execution against roadmaps.

Continuous Improvement: Mentor teams on functional & technical requirements, monitor velocity, and coach on improvement areas.

Processes & Tools: Establish effective SDLC processes, tools, and standards for agile teams.

Engineering Alignment: Partner with Engineering leadership to provide technical foundation to development teams.

Customers & Partners: Lead collaboration on product requirements, designs, and customer feedback.

Vision and Strategy: Develop and align product vision with company goals, focusing on impact and customer needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams from concept to launch.

Customer-Centric Design: Understand customer needs, translate into innovative products, and shape offerings based on feedback.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle to meet customer needs and business goals.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics to drive product initiatives and optimize performance.

Required

15+ years of product/engineering experience, specifically within a fast-paced SaaS startup

10+ years of experience working in the retail automotive industry

5+ years of experience working in the automotive lending and finance space

5+ years of experience leading and managing product development teams

Demonstrated ability to articulate a vision and strategy that motivates teams and focuses efforts on achieving business goals

Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of product, technology, and UX, allowing for effective research and solutioning

Strong analytical skills, adept at metric development, data analysis, and leveraging insights for product development

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences

Proven track record of building successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast-paced environment

5+ years of experience working with teams spread across multiple geographies and time zones with flexibility in work hours and schedules

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively

A strong sense of ownership, drive, and a pragmatic attitude, with a track record of driving products from concept to market
