Responsibilities
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve daily production/non-production issues.
Analyzing different support requests (Service Requests) raised across open system applications and providing end-to-end resolution.
Managing customer expectations and communicating thoroughly through tickets and calls.
Making code changes, pushing changes to code repository, and planning production release activities.
Coordinating implementation with respective teams according to the schedule and making enhancements/bug fixes to satisfy business needs.
Referring to the database to provide solutions and performing incident management/problem management.
Having the ability to multi-task, perform effectively, and be available for application AVP's post changes.
Possessing basic knowledge of Agile.
