Responsibilities
Drive all project phases including workflow assessments, development efforts, and support sustainment.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across project workstreams.
Manage charters, work breakdown structures, project plans, vendors, and organizational communication updates.
Lead project scope management, requirements gathering, documentation, time estimating, project schedule development, tracking, project budget, project reporting, issue/risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications.

Required
4+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or related role
Experience with Electronic Health Records and healthcare delivery
Project-management methodologies in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Knowledge of Smart Sheets and JIRA
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Proven people management and team building skills
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
PMP or PMI certification
