Responsibilities
Responsible for process troubleshooting, process improvements, and second-generation process development of late-stage biopharmaceuticals and vaccines.
Partner with manufacturing specialists for API and provide support for technology transfer to manufacturing sites and third-party facilities.
Develop economical, efficient, and safe active drug materials through small scale process development and transfer to commercial stages.
Utilize innovative mindset to contribute to the development of bioprocessing technologies.
Conduct lab-scale bioreactor experimentation and assist in technology transfer and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.

Required
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in bioprocessing
Knowledge and experience of mammalian cell culture, including fed-batch and perfusion bioreactor operations
Demonstrated experience in interpretation of analytical data to drive experimental plans and ability to utilize electronic tools to document information
Technical knowledge and skills in aseptic bioreactor operation and associated analytical methods
Knowledge of biologics achieved through industrial or academic experience in research and development, technical operations, manufacturing, etc.
