Responsibilities
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Analyze research findings and user data to inform design decisions and recommendations for improving user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that translate user requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
Design user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Develop visual concepts and design elements that align with brand identity and user expectations.
Apply principles of visual design, such as color theory and typography, to create aesthetically pleasing and cohesive user interfaces.
Conduct usability tests and gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to iterate and refine designs.
Implement user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product goals and business objectives.
Communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members through presentations, prototypes, and documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and technology.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to design discussions and decision-making processes.

Required
Proven experience (X+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and achievements.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field; additional certifications in UX/UI design are a plus.
Preferred
Additional certifications in UX/UI design.
Creative thinker with a passion for user-centered design and technology innovation.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
