Job cost analysis
Managing subcontractors
Job site visits
Preparing reports/correspondence as directed; organizes/maintains documents/files
Assists with modifying schedules; participates in meetings for project specific scheduling, budgeting, and planning with supervisors.
Assists PM and Superintendent with managing and scheduling subcontractors and other vendors; assists with updating project schedule.

Required
BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
