Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Create detailed transportation itineraries, confirm operator availability, and pricing within margin goals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to qualified prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Generate sales reports and forecasts, analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
Experience in group travel, transportation, or events, ideally with buses
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office / G-Suite.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
