Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring a user-centered approach and a seamless user experience

Collaborate with product managers to define product vision and strategy

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications

Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design

Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

Partner with UX team, product management, and engineering to oversee user experience for products and features from conception to launch

Provide and seek feedback to push the bar for quality

Responsible for understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and pain points through rigorous research and analysis.
