Responsibilities
Provide systems administration and support as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HRS module(s) supported.
Manage planned system upgrades including system and business process analysis, testing, documentation, and training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and analyze functional requirements, and create user documentation.
Develop new training materials and facilitate training for end-users.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Expertise with providing technical support to non-technical end-users.
Proficiency with software upgrades to include creating test scripts for various levels of testing (unit testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing).
Experience supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and working with software vendors.
Critical thinking skills and autonomy to solve complex problems with limited supervision.
Ability to work within multiple system environments.
Experience supporting system integrations.
Familiarity with business process modeling and system design methodologies.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively interact with multiple groups of business stakeholders with diverse priorities.
Preferred
