Responsibilities
Maintain the release schedule for all applications.
Act as a Defect management lead by scheduling daily defect calls to get the priority assigned and next steps
Expertise should include conducting Functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating AEM content, ensuring UI/UX integrity, and conducting A/B testing to optimize user experiences.
Develop common strategies for release governance across multiple tracks
Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a must. Candidates with a background in testing various Health Plans such as Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Covered California, as well as testing Billing and Claims systems, electronic medical records (EMR) like Epic, and various healthcare applications such as appointment scheduling, pharmacy systems, and chatbots are highly desired.Actively participate in release-level retrospectives to drive improvements across delivery and deployment
Writing clean, functional code for Sitewide Testcases Automation
Experience of Agile projects
Write technical documentation during the Certification for CAB Approval
