Some after hours are required as projects and emergencies come up

Assist in the configuration and deployment of network infrastructure components including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, storage solutions, virtualization solutions, and any other network devices

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability, scalability, and availability

Assist in configuration and maintain network protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and VPNs, to ensure optimal performance and security

Support and maintain technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, DirectAccess, Terminal Services/RDS

Cloud environments like Azure, AWS, & Google Cloud

Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures for reference and training purposes

Support for Disaster Recovery strategies including server imaging and automated offsite backups

Remote access solution implementation and support (i.e., VPN, Terminal Services, & Citrix)

Detailed KB documentation of customer’s systems

Detailed ticket documentation of time spent on service issues and projects

Provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior team members and assist in their skill development
