Responsibilities

Interpret contracts, vendor confirmations, and other pertinent documents for extracting cost information to maintain system validity and purchase order integrity.

Coordinate with Procurement to ensure accurate purchase order costs.

Collaborate with Supply Chain Services to prompt customers and vendors for timely cost update information.

Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and prevent future inconsistencies.

Make recommendations for developing processes, procedures, and reports to validate cost and price accuracy.

Handle special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
