Responsibilities

Develop cloud-based micro-services ensuring uptime, accuracy, resilience, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with data engineering, platform, and solutions teams to develop applications.

Translate requirements into code by working closely with stakeholders.

Develop services around data warehousing, big data, cloud computing, business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning.

Participate in DevOps, Agile, continuous development, and integration frameworks.

Program in high-level languages such as Go, Python, Java, etc.

Work on deployment automation/configuration management.

Ensure appropriate documentation of processes and source code is created and maintained.

Communicate effectively with peers, leaders, and customers.

Participate in expert-level troubleshooting and resolve problems.

Required

Programming Languages: Python, Java, Go, C, C++, C#

Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and building predictive analytics

Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments

Big Data: Experience in databases, analytics, big data systems, or business intelligence products

Deployment Automation: Experience with tools such as ADO, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, CloudFormation, Terraform

Agile Development: Knowledge of Agile software development techniques and best practices

Experience working in the healthcare industry

Experience working with physicians

Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud-based services

Experience building high-performance, highly available, and scalable distributed systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience or internships in software engineering, or 2 years of experience coding applications or services in a high-level language
